- 焼き豆腐 : 1丁
- 醤油 : 大さじ1

Peel and wash the bok choy one by one.
Cut the white part of the root of the bok choy into appropriate lengths.
Cut the bok choy leaves into bite-sized pieces. -

Tear the fried tofu into pieces of appropriate size.
When the fried tofu is warm, add the bok choy.
Stir the whole thing over high heat.
Add soy sauce and chicken stock and stir-fry.
Add sesame oil and fry until done.
Point
・You can substitute the grilled tofu with firm tofu or atsuage, which are high in protein.
・You can substitute other green vegetables for the bok choy.
・Draining is not necessary for grilled tofu.
・If using firm tofu, wrap it in kitchen paper and let it sit for 10 minutes to drain.
