Cut the green onion, yuzu, and mitsuba.

Put (A) in a pot and bring to a boil.
Add oysters and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Boil the soba noodles.
Add the green onion and bring to a simmer.
Place the soba noodles in a bowl and top with the dashi soup, aosa nori, mitsuba leaves, and yuzu.

- Cut the green onion in half lengthwise, then into quarters and cut into bite-sized pieces.
