Ingredients
- cabbage : 1/4 piece
- にんにく : 1片
- 生姜 : 5g
- 唐辛子 : 1本

Cut the core of the cabbage.
Peel off each piece and scrape off the core.
Cut into pieces of appropriate size.
Rinse with water and wipe dry with kitchen paper.
Cut the core into thin slices and wash with water.
Add the cabbage, cabbage core, and salt to the bag.
Add air to the bag, close the seal, and shake to mix.
Remove the air and close the seal.
Place the bag containing the cabbage on top of the vat and place a weight on top.
Leave for 1 hour. -

Prepare the dipping sauce

Discard the water in the bag, wash it lightly with water, and dry it.
Peel the ginger and cut it into thin slices.
Slice the garlic thinly and remove the sprouts with a toothpick.
Cut the chili pepper in half with kitchen scissors and remove the seeds.
Cut the chili pepper into rounds. -

・The amount is for 2 people.
・By shredding the cabbage, the flavors will blend more easily.
・Cut the garlic and ginger just before step 4, as their aroma will evaporate.
・If pickling in the refrigerator, remove from heat and place in the refrigerator.
・Adjust the soaking time to your preference.
・The time required for step 1 and soaking time for step 4 are not included in the required time.
・You don't need to add chili pepper.
