  • 豚バラ肉 : 150g
  • 生姜 : 1片
  • 醤油 : 大さじ1
  • 中華麺 : 1人前
  • (A)水 : 500ml
  • (A)だしパック : 1袋
  • (B)水 : 大さじ2
  • (B)片栗粉 : 大さじ1
  • 煮卵 : 適量
  • 刻みのり : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 長ネギの下準備をする 00:17

    長ネギを半分に切り、白い部分に切り込みを入れ、2枚剥がす。
    残りの長ネギを小口切りにする。
    2枚剥がした長ネギを千切りにする。

  2. 2) 煮る 01:46

    Put (A) in a pot and bring to a boil.
    Once it boils, simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
    Remove the dashi pack, add chopped green onions and grated ginger, and simmer over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes.

    ラップを被せて、600Wの電子レンジで1分30秒加熱する。
    千切りにした長ネギ、煮卵、刻みのりを添えて完成。
