- (A)鶏がらスープの素 : 大さじ1
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ2
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
- (A)酢 : 大さじ2
- (A)豆板醤 : 大さじ1

大根の下準備をする

Peel the radish and cut into 2cm cubes.
Put the daikon radish and salt into a thick bag and rub it vigorously from the top of the bag.
Leave for 10 minutes.
Squeeze out the water from the top of the thick bag and discard. -

Point
- Radish skin is delicious when stir-fried with mayonnaise.
・When storing, fill a bowl with water and submerge the thick bag to remove air.
・It is also delicious if you add sesame oil as a finishing touch.
