  • boiled soba : 1 serving
  • ナス : 1本
  • ピーマン : 1個
  • 油揚げ : 1枚
  • 長ネギ : 適量
  • 油 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A)Water : 400cc
  • (A) Mentsuyu : 80cc

Procedure

    Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut into 5mm pieces.

Point
