Procedure

Place the biscuits in a zip bag, close the bag, and use a cotton swab to crush the biscuits into small pieces.
Add fresh cream (for the dough).
Mix well with your hands until it becomes a clump. -

Spread 1 into the mold using a rubber spatula or cup.
Use a rubber spatula to cut off the excess dough from the mold and place it on the bottom.
Put it in the refrigerator. -

Finely chop the chocolate.
Place chocolate in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, pour hot water (not listed) at around 65℃ and melt the chocolate over a double boiler.
Once melted, leave it in the boiling water. -

・Use a tart mold with a removable bottom.
・Use black chocolate.
・You can use your favorite biscuits.

・Adjust the hardness of the dough depending on the type of biscuit by adjusting the amount of fresh cream.
