  • トマト : 1個
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/4個

  • (A)塩 : 小さじ1/2
  • (A)酢 : 大さじ1
  • 粗挽き胡椒 : 少々

  1. 1) 野菜を切る 01:10

    玉ねぎの根を切り落として1~2cmの角切りにし、水(分量外)にさらす。
    ピーマンを縦半分に切り、ヘタとワタと種を取り除き、1~2cmの角切りにしてボウルに移す。
    きゅうりの両端を切り落とし、縦半分に切り目を入れてからささがきにして粗く刻みながらボウルに加える。
    トマトのヘタを取り除き、他の野菜より大きめのサイズに切ってボウルに加える。
    玉ねぎの水気を絞って、ボウルに移す。

  2. 2) 和える 04:40

    Add olive oil to bowl 1 and mix.
    Add (A) and mix.
    Add the coarsely ground pepper and mix.
    Tear the processed cheese and roast ham into pieces by hand, add them, mix well and it's done.

Point
