Cut the carrot, radish, burdock, taro, konnyaku, green onion, and pork shoulder loin.

Heat up the pressure cooker.
Add sesame oil and fry the surface of the pork shoulder loin.
Add everything except the green onions from 1 and add (A).
Enter (B).
Cover and cook over high heat until steam comes out, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Melt the miso, add the green onions and simmer lightly.
Point
・Prepare a pressure cooker.
・Peel the carrots, daikon radish, burdock, and taro and cut into pieces.
・Remove the scum from the konnyaku and tear it up with a spoon.
・Cut the green onion into small pieces.
・Cut pork shoulder loin into pieces.
・Pour in the water in step 2 until it is just submerged.
・When serving, sprinkle some green onions to make it look better.
