  • Pork booth meat : 300g
  • Onions (medium size) : 1 piece
  • Garlic : 1 piece
  • Salt and pepper : Each a little

  • Curry roux : Half box
  • butter : 10g
  • Worcestershire sauce : 2 teaspoons
  • sugar : 1 teaspoon
  • Salad oil : 1 tablespoon
