Ingredients
- fried tofu : Three
- 鶏ひき肉 : 150g
- 塩 : 小さじ1/4
- えのき : 1房(200g)
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1
- (A)水 : 200ml
- (A)顆粒だし : 小さじ1/2
- (A)醤油 : 小さじ2
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1
- (A)みりん : 小さじ2
- 刻み小ネギ : 適量

Cut the fried tofu in half and open it into a bag.
Place the fried tofu in a heat-resistant bowl and pour boiling water (not listed) to remove the oil.
