- Pork top (sliced pork loin is also OK) : 300g
- potato starch : 1/2 tbsp
- Onions (1 cm wide comb) : 1 piece
- Cabbage (sliced) : 1/6 pieces
- Tomato (comb cut into 8 equal parts) : 1/2 large
- (A) Soy sauce : 2 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
- (A) Mirin : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Sake : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Sugar : 2 tsp
- (A) Grated ginger : 1 tablespoon

Cut the onions into 1 cm wide combs.

Put pork in a heat-resistant container of about 18 cm and rub in potato starch.
Add onions and (A) and gently rub. -

Pull out the meat so that the onions are on the bottom, wrap it gently, and heat it in a 600w microwave oven for 7 minutes until the meat is cooked.
Take it out, remove the wrap and stir the whole thing.
