- Soba noodles : 3~4人前

- ごま油 : 適量
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Bonito soup stock : Appropriate amount

- (B) Bonito soup stock : 200ml

Add pork belly and fry until heated through.
Add green onions and fry on both sides.
Add (A) and stir-fry.
Add (B) and bring to a boil.
