Cut off the stem and root of the kiwi, peel and cut into 5mm pieces.
Cut each pineapple into 1/8 pieces.

Heat while stirring, and once it boils, reduce the heat to low and heat for 2 minutes while stirring.
Add sugar and stir to dissolve.
When it boils again, add milk and heat while stirring, then turn off the heat just before it boils. -

Point
・If using stick agar instead of powdered agar, double the amount.
・In the video, a torte mold with a diameter of 18cm is used, but you can also use a cake mold, pound mold, glass container, Tupperware, etc.
・You can use canned mandarin oranges.
・You may use any fruit of your choice.
・It is easier to peel the mandarin oranges by cutting them into rounds and then peeling them.
- Powdered agar will not fully melt unless it is thoroughly cooked, so heat thoroughly for 2 minutes while stirring.
・After putting the finely cut fruit in the pot, mix it quickly or it will solidify.
・Required time does not include cooling time.
