  • (B) Oyster sauce : 小さじ1
  • (B) Cane sugar : 小さじ1/2
  • (C) Potato starch : 小さじ1と1/2
  • (C) Water : 小さじ1と1/2
  • (D) Sesame oil : 小さじ1
  • (D) Ponzu sauce : 小さじ1/2

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the ingredients 00:09

    Add (A) to the minced pork and rub together with your hands.
    Cut off the stems of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
    Smash the garlic with the flat side of a knife, then roughly chop it and add it to the pork.
    Thinly slice the green onions diagonally.

    豚こま肉に半分程度火が通ったら、長ネギを加えて炒める。
    しめじを加えて炒める。
    全体にツヤが出たら(B)を加え、予めよく混ぜた(C)を加えよく炒める。
    最後に(D)を加えて混ぜたら完成。

Point
