- 水 : 50ml
- 焼き海苔 : 1枚
- (A)卵 : 1個
- (A)しらす : 大さじ1
- (A)めんつゆ : 小さじ1/2
- (A)鶏ガラスープの素 : 小さじ1/2
- (A)白ごま : ふたつまみ
- ごま油 : 小さじ1/2
- しらす : 適量

オートミールの下準備をする

耐熱容器にオートミールを入れ、水を回しかけ、耐熱容器を回して全体に吸水させる。
500Wの電子レンジで1分加熱する。 -

電子レンジで加熱する

Cut the roasted seaweed in half.
Add (A) to 1 and mix.
Tear half of the roasted seaweed and place on top.
Heat in a 500W microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. -

仕上げる

Add sesame oil to 2 and mix.
Tear off the remaining roasted seaweed and put on top.
Complete with whitebait.
Point
-Easy to make by just heating in the microwave and stirring.
