- 豚ロース薄切り肉 : 10枚

- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1と1/2

- 片栗粉 : 適量

Add (A) to the container and mix until dissolved.

Wrap the fried tofu in kitchen paper to remove excess oil, then cut each piece into 5 equal rectangular pieces.
Wash the leaves, wipe off the moisture and cut off the stems. -

広げた豚ロース薄切り肉の内側に、片栗粉を茶こしで振りかける。
厚揚げを巻き、巻き終わりを下にしておく。
上から片栗粉を振りかけて、裏返して両面に振りかける。 -

Add salad oil to a frying pan and spread it thinly with kitchen paper.
Place over medium heat and heat for 30 seconds.
Place the end of step 3 face down and cook over low heat for just over 1 minute.
Once browned, flip and cook for 1 minute.
Once golden brown, cook one side down for about 1 minute, then flip and cook for another 1 minute.
Add 1/2 tablespoon of water (not included in the recipe), cover, and steam for 1 minute.
Increase the heat to evaporate the water, pour in 1 and simmer over medium heat.
Cook for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes until thickened, then sprinkle with white sesame seeds and turn off the heat. -

Point
・The amount shown is for 10 pieces.
・You can use any part of thinly sliced pork loin you like.
- Adding gochujang will add depth to the flavor, but if you don't have it you can leave it out.
You can also add cheese to the roll if you like.
- By rolling the perilla leaves at the end, the fragrance is enhanced and the dish becomes delicious.
