  • 豚ロース薄切り肉 : 10枚

  • 大葉 : 10枚
  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A) Mirin : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A) Sugar : 小さじ1と1/2
  • (A) Gochujang : 小さじ1/2
  • 白ごま : 大さじ1/2
  • 片栗粉 : 適量
  • サラダ油 : 適量

Procedure

    Wrap the fried tofu in kitchen paper to remove excess oil, then cut each piece into 5 equal rectangular pieces.

    厚揚げを巻き、巻き終わりを下にしておく。
    上から片栗粉を振りかけて、裏返して両面に振りかける。

    Add salad oil to a frying pan and spread it thinly with kitchen paper.
    Place over medium heat and heat for 30 seconds.
    Place the end of step 3 face down and cook over low heat for just over 1 minute.
    Once browned, flip and cook for 1 minute.
    Once golden brown, cook one side down for about 1 minute, then flip and cook for another 1 minute.
    Add 1/2 tablespoon of water (not included in the recipe), cover, and steam for 1 minute.
    Increase the heat to evaporate the water, pour in 1 and simmer over medium heat.
    Cook for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes until thickened, then sprinkle with white sesame seeds and turn off the heat.

  5. 5) 大葉で巻く 07:08

    大葉の表を下にして置き、4を上に乗せて巻いたら完成。

Point

- Adding gochujang will add depth to the flavor, but if you don't have it you can leave it out.
