- (A) Cheddar sliced cheese : 2枚
- マヨネーズ : 適量
- 有塩バター : 10g
- 塩コショウ : 適量

Do the preparations

Spread mayonnaise on one side of a slice of bread.
Place (A) on top of the other slice of bread.
Put salted butter in a frying pan and heat until melted. -

焼く

有塩バターが溶けたら、チーズを乗せた面を上にして食パンを入れバターを吸わせるように焼く。
チーズの上に塩コショウを振り、その上にマヨネーズを塗った面を上にして食パンを乗せる。
蓋をして蒸し焼きにする。
焼き色がついたら裏返し、蓋をせずに焼く。
両面に焼き色がついたら完成。
Point
- You can use any type of cheese and in the amount you like, but we recommend mixing two types.
・The video uses 6 slices of rye bread.
You may use any bread you like.
-You can either have butter on both sides or mayonnaise on both sides.
You can eat it with tomato soup if you like.
