- 塩 : 葉わさびの1%
- (A)味噌 : 葉わさびの1/3
- (A)みりん : 味噌の半量
- (A)鰹節 : 適量

Prepare the wasabi leaves

Wash the wasabi leaves and chop them finely.
Place in a bowl, add salt and mix for 30 seconds. -
