Butter can be softened by wrapping and heating at 500w for 10-20 seconds.
You can also use a pancake mix instead of flour. Baking powder is not required when using a pancake mix.
After pouring the dough into the mold, apply a lightly moistened plastic wrap to the surface and drop the mold to adjust so that the dough flows properly to the corners.
If you make a cut in the middle of firing, it will swell in a good shape.
