  • (A)おからパウダー : 60g
  • (A)ココアパウダー : 30g
  • ベ―キングパウダー : 6g
  • 人工甘味料 : 50g
  • サラダ油 : 小さじ2
  • チョコレート : 40g

  1. 1) 生地を作る 02:04

・おからパウダーは微粒子タイプを使うと出来上がりの食感が良くなる。
・おからパウダーと人工甘味料を使うことで低糖質にできる。
・牛乳は無調製豆乳やアーモンドミルクでも代用できる。
・人工甘味料は普通の砂糖やグラニュー糖で代用できる。
・ココアパウダーは無糖のものを使う。
・オーブンで焼く場合は170~180℃に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。
・焼いている途中に表面が焦げそうになったら、アルミホイルを被せて焼く。
・工程4は、焼きあがる5分前くらいに始めると焼きあがるタイミングと合う。
