  • egg : 2 pieces
  • 砂糖 : 70g
  • (A)薄力粉 : 55g
  • (A)ココアパウダー : 5g

  • 板チョコレート : 2枚
  • 生クリーム : 100ml
  • チョコ菓子 : 適量
  • ココアパウダー(飾り用) : 適量

Procedure

    その上に残りの5を流し入れ、表面を平らにして冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。
