  • (B)塩 : 適量

  • (B)オリーブオイル : 大さじ1/2
  • パン粉 : 15g
  • パセリ : 少々

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 01:40

    ボウルに(A)を入れて、混ぜる。
    鶏もも肉の皮面をフォークで刺し、両面に(B)をふる。

  2. 2) フライパンで焼く 03:24

    フライパンにオリーブオイルをひいて熱し、鶏もも肉の皮面を下にして入れて、フライパンの底に押し付けながら両面を焼く。
    火を止めて、鶏もも肉を取り出す。

  3. 3) トースターで焼く 08:04

    2のフライパンにパン粉、パセリを入れて混ぜ合わせる。
    2の鶏もも肉に1の(A)を塗り、混ぜ合わせたパン粉、パセリを乗せる。
    アルミホイルを敷いた天板に鶏もも肉を乗せ、トースターで焼き色がつくまで焼く。

  4. 4) 盛り付ける 12:34

    3をお皿に盛り付けて完成。
