- (A)豆板醬 : 小さじ1/2
- (A)甜麵醬 : 小さじ1強

- (B)酒 : 大さじ1

ピーマンの下処理をする

ピーマンは半分に切って、ワタを取り除く。
ピーマンをザルに移し、冷水で洗う。 -

肉味噌を作る

1のピーマンの中に肉味噌をのせたら完成。
Point
・In the video, I use one bag of green peppers, but you can use as much as you like.
-Sugar may be used as a natural sweetener.
