- 豚バラ肉 : 150g
- ニラ : 4本
- Sesame oil : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A)Cooking sake : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ2
- (A) Sweet noodle sauce : 大さじ1/2
- にんにく : 1片
- ブラックペッパー : 適量
- ごはん : 1杯分
- 卵黄 : 1個
- ラー油 : 適量

Cut off the root of the chive and cut into small pieces.
Cut the pork belly into 5cm pieces and loosen them. -

Add (A) and grated garlic to a container and mix well.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the pork belly and cook until lightly browned.
Gently wipe off the oil with kitchen paper.
Turn the pork belly over and reduce the heat to low.

Point
・Thinly sliced pork belly is used.
・You can use pork loin or pork fillet, but pork belly or chicken thighs are recommended.
・Raw garlic is recommended.
-You may also use chopped onions.
・When using onions, stir-fry them before adding the pork belly in step 3 and let them cook through.
・Wash the chives well beforehand.
・Add chili oil to your liking.
