  • (B)醤油 : 適量
  • (B)酒 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 00:56

    器に豚の挽き肉と(A)を入れて、混ぜ合わせる。
    器にサランラップをかけ、電子レンジで3分加熱する。
    ニラは、2~3㎝幅に切る。
    長ねぎは、輪切りにする。
    卵を、ボウルに割り入れ溶く。
    電子レンジで加熱した、豚ひき肉をほぐしておく。

  2. 2) 炒める 06:19

    Heat a frying pan over high heat.
    Add sesame oil.
    Add the bean paste.
    Add the eggs and rice from step 1 and stir the frying pan to mix.
    Add salt, pepper, and umami seasoning.
    Brown the rice.
    Add (B), minced pork, chives and green onions and stir-fry.
    Arrange it on a plate and it's done.

Point

・If you are using cold rice, warm it in the microwave beforehand.
・Before frying, prepare ingredients and seasonings around the frying pan.
・Add plenty of sesame oil for frying.
・Pour each (B) into the frying pan about once.
