    ボウルに卵を割り溶いたら、水を加えて混ぜる。
    おからパウダーを入れ、軽く混ぜ合わせる。
    (A)を加えて、混ぜ合わせる。
    サイリウムを加えて、しっかりと混ぜる。

  2. 2) 生地を丸める 05:01

    手に水(分量外)を付けて、1を3等分に丸める。

  3. 3) オーブンで焼く 08:14

    180度に予熱したオーブンで、25分焼く。
    網棚などに置き、冷ましたら完成。
