  • frozen udon : Three
  • 豚バラ肉 : 300g
  • 長ネギ : 1本
  • 舞茸 : 1パック
  • カレー粉 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • 小麦粉 : 大さじ2
  • Potato starch dissolved in water : 大さじ2
  • tube garlic : 小さじ1
  • tube ginger : 小さじ1
  • 水 : 700ml
  • (A) Dashi base : 小さじ2
  • (A) Ajidashi : 大さじ1
  • (A) Alcohol : 大さじ2
  • (A)Mirin : 大さじ2
  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
  • (A) Sugar : 小さじ2
  • ウスターソース : 大さじ1
  • 塩 : 適量
  • コショウ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) cut ingredients 00:50

    Cut off the roots and green parts of the green onions, wash them, and thinly slice them diagonally.
    Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces, and shred the mushrooms by hand.

  2. 2) 具材を炒める 01:39

    フライパンを火にかけ、豚肉を加え炒める。
    塩とコショウを適量振りかけ軽く焼き色がつくまで炒め、チューブにんにくと生姜を加え混ぜる。
    ネギと舞茸を加え少ししんなりとしてきたら火を止め、小麦粉とカレー粉を加え再度火にかけ混ぜ炒める。

  3. 3) スープを作る 05:11

    ある程度混ざったら火を止め水500mlを加え、再度火にかける。
    軽く混ぜて粉を溶かし、温まってきたら残りの水を加える。
    スープが沸騰する手前で(A)を加え溶かし混ぜ、沸騰したら火を止めてウスターソースを加え再度火にかける。
    沸騰したら火を弱め、水溶き片栗粉を加え強火にしてしっかりかき混ぜる。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 08:44

    半解凍させた冷凍うどんを加え、スープと麺を絡ませ、お皿に盛り付けて完成。

Point

・The amount is for 2 people.
- Maitake mushrooms are used in the video, but you can use any mushroom of your choice.
・If you want to retain the texture of the green onion, add it just before it's done.
・If you like spiciness, you can increase the amount of curry powder.
