Ingredients

  • 板チョコレート : 100g
  • Fresh cream (for yogurt) : 20g
  • 牛乳 : 30g
  • Gelatin (A) : 3g

Procedure

    泡立てた生クリームをひとすくい分加えて混ぜる。
    混ぜ合わさったら、残りの生クリームにすべて加えてヘラできるように混ぜる。

  6. 6) 型に流し入れる 06:51

    5を4に流し入れる。
    底を打ち付けて空気を抜き、冷蔵庫で2~3時間冷やす。

  7. 7) トッピングする 07:08

    型から取り外して、ココアパウダーを振りイチゴをトッピングして完成。

Point

・The mold used is 15cm in diameter.
