  • 牛乳 : 60ml
  • ココアパウダー : 適量

    軽く表面を整え3回持ち上げて落とし、空気を抜いてラップをし冷蔵庫で3時間寝かせる。
    容器から取り出し表面側にクッキングシートを被せ、ひっくり返してシートをはがす。
    端を切り落とし形を整え、食べやすいサイズに切り分ける。
    平たい容器にココアパウダーを広げ、1つずつ全体にまぶしてお皿に盛り付けて完成。

Point

・Crush the chocolate into small pieces to avoid uneven heating.
