Break the chocolate into small pieces and add the milk.
Heat in a 500W microwave for 2 minutes, stirring thoroughly to dissolve. -

容器にクッキングシートを敷き、生地を流し入れる。
軽く表面を整え3回持ち上げて落とし、空気を抜いてラップをし冷蔵庫で3時間寝かせる。
容器から取り出し表面側にクッキングシートを被せ、ひっくり返してシートをはがす。
端を切り落とし形を整え、食べやすいサイズに切り分ける。
平たい容器にココアパウダーを広げ、1つずつ全体にまぶしてお皿に盛り付けて完成。
Point
・Crush the chocolate into small pieces to avoid uneven heating.
・You can also use plastic wrap instead of cooking sheet.
・When cutting raw chocolate, warm the knife to cut it neatly.
- Wipe your knife every time you cut raw chocolate to ensure clean cuts.
