- (A)Kombu dashi base : 8g

- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ5

Peel the onion, cut off both ends, and cut into large wedges and add to the frying pan.

Add water to the frying pan, heat, add (A), cover and simmer.
Once the onions are well soaked with the stock, add the beef belly and cover.
Grate and squeeze the ginger, add only the ginger juice and boil.
