  • (A)有塩バター : 35g
  • (A)牛乳 : 35g
  • (A)グラニュー糖 : 50g
  • チョコレート : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 00:23

    小鍋に(A)を入れて、火にかける。
    沸騰したら、弱火で1~2分煮る。
    1のアーモンドスライスを入れる。
    ゴムベラで混ぜながら、とろみが付くまで煮詰める。

  3. 3) オーブンで焼く 02:00

    1のビスケットの上に、2をかける。
    190度のオーブンで10分焼く。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 03:05

    温かいうちに、グラシンケースからクッキーを外しておく。
    冷めたら、溶かしたチョコレートで裏側をコーティングする。
    冷蔵庫で10分冷やして、チョコレートが固まれば完成。

Point
