  • 砂糖 : 50g
  • クッキー : 50g

    カッテージチーズをボウルに濾し入れ、滑らかになるまで混ぜる。
    砂糖を加え全体に馴染むまでよく混ぜる。

    砕いたクッキーにチーズ生地を15g加えよく混ぜ、ココット更にクッキングシートを敷く。
    ココット皿にタルト生地を入れ、崩れないようよく押し固める。
    チーズ生地を流し入れ、表面を軽く整えたら3回台に落とし、冷蔵庫で3時間冷やし固める。
    ココット皿から慎重に取り出し、クッキングシートをゆっくりはがして切り分け、お皿に盛り付けて完成。

Point

- If you use moist cookies they will come together easily and be easier to handle.
