Boil until all the broth is gone, then take out into a vat and remove from heat. -

混ぜて砂糖を完全に溶かす。
温かいご飯に加えて混ぜる。 -

Point
・By cooking in a frying pan instead of a pot, the fried tofu will be cooked evenly without overlapping.
・The oil from deep-fried tofu will also be used as stock, so there is no need to remove the oil.
・If you like, you can also stuff it with shiso leaves and sweet and sour pickled ginger.
・After dividing the fried tofu into three equal parts, the tofu in the middle is not shaped like a bag, but if you serve it with the vinegared rice facing up, you won't notice it.
・Simmer while gently flipping the fried tofu so as not to tear it.
