  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ2
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ3
  • (A)水 : 150ml
  • 温かいご飯 : 350g
  • (B)酢 : 大さじ2
  • (B)砂糖 : 小さじ2
  • (B)塩 : 小さじ2/3

    油揚げを3等分にして、詰めやすいように一度広げておく。

    Add (A) to a frying pan and bring to a boil.

    Boil until all the broth is gone, then take out into a vat and remove from heat.

    耐熱ボウルに(B)を入れ、600Wの電子レンジで20~30秒加熱する。
    混ぜて砂糖を完全に溶かす。
    温かいご飯に加えて混ぜる。

  4. 4) 詰める 06:10

    Divide the vinegared rice into 9 equal parts, wrap each piece in plastic wrap, and shape.
    Open 2 and fill with vinegared rice to complete.

Point

・By cooking in a frying pan instead of a pot, the fried tofu will be cooked evenly without overlapping.
・The oil from deep-fried tofu will also be used as stock, so there is no need to remove the oil.
・If you like, you can also stuff it with shiso leaves and sweet and sour pickled ginger.
・After dividing the fried tofu into three equal parts, the tofu in the middle is not shaped like a bag, but if you serve it with the vinegared rice facing up, you won't notice it.
・Simmer while gently flipping the fried tofu so as not to tear it.
