Cut the peppers in half, remove the stems but leave the seeds and pulp, then slice lengthwise into thin strips.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them, then add the mirin and mix. -

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the sesame oil, add the peppers and stir fry lightly.
Push the pot to the side, add beaten eggs into the empty space, and cook the eggs while stirring.
When the eggs are half-cooked, mix everything together, reduce the heat, and add (A) and mix.
Taste and add salt to taste.
Mix everything together and it's done.
