- turnip : 350g

Cut the bacon into strips.
Separate the turnip flesh from the leaves and wash each separately.
Cut the turnip into 8 equal parts.
Cut the turnip leaves into 4-5cm pieces. -

Add olive oil and toss.
Place over high heat and brown until golden brown, then flip.
Add turnip leaves and bacon to the remaining space, place the garlic on top of the turnip pods and cook over medium heat.
Add sliced chilli peppers and fry.
Add chicken stock powder and bake.
Add salt and sake and bake. -
