  • 豚バラ薄切り肉 : 100g
  • もやし : 1袋
  • にんにく : 2片
  • (A)Cooking sake : 大さじ1
  • (A) Ponzu sauce : 大さじ1.5
  • (A) Umami seasoning : 3振り
  • (A) Salt and pepper : 適量
  • 白すりごま : 小さじ2
  • ごま油 : 適量

    Cut the thinly sliced pork belly into 5cm pieces.

    にんにくが軽く色づいたらお皿に取り出し、火を中火にして豚バラ薄切り肉を加え炒める。
    しっかり焼き色がついたら火を強めの中火にして、もやしを加え軽く炒める。
    合わせ調味料を回し入れ、絡めながら炒める。
    お皿に移しにんにくとすりごまをかけたら完成。
