- (A) Green part of green onion : 1本

- (A) Sugar : 大さじ3
- (A)Cooking sake : 大さじ3
- 米 : 3合
- Water (for cooking rice) : 2.5合の線まで
- 卵黄 : 1個

Slice the ginger into thin slices.
Cut the pork belly block into 1cm wide pieces. -
