Finely chop the green onions and garlic.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
Open a pack of natto. -

Add green onions and stir-fry.
Add (A).
Add soy sauce to the skin of the pan and stir.

Add (B) and stir-fry. -

Point
・We use small-sized natto.
- Instead of ground pork, you can use ground pork.
・You can use tubed garlic, but fresh garlic is better.
・If using frozen rice, heat it in the microwave to keep it warm.
・Before frying in step 2, prepare the ingredients and seasonings on hand.
