Put salad oil in a bowl and heat in a 500W microwave for 2 minutes to 60℃.
Add the flour and mix with a whisk.
Add sugar (for egg yolk batter) and mix with a whisk.
Heat the milk in a 500W microwave for 1 minute, then add in 2-3 portions, stirring with a whisk each time.
Separate the eggs into yolks and whites, add the yolks and mix with a whisk. -

Add a pinch of sugar (for meringue) and whip with a whisk.
Once it's foamy enough to leave streaks when lifted, add half of the remaining sugar (for meringue) and whisk with a whisk.
