生地を作る

絹ごし豆腐をボウルに入れてホイッパーで滑らかになるまで潰す。
ホットケーキミックスを加えて粉気がなくなるまでヘラで混ぜる。
馴染んできたらこねるように、ひと固まりになるまで混ぜる。
チョコレートを細かく砕いて加えて均一になるまで混ぜ合わせる。 -

焼く

ヘラで５つに切り分ける。
三角形に形を整えて炊飯釜の中に間隔を開けて並べる。
炊飯器にセットして通常炊飯モードで加熱する。 -

粗熱を取る

焼けたら炊飯器から取り出し、網の上で粗熱を取って完成。
