- Bread (6 slices) : 2 sheets

- (A) Worcestershire sauce : 小さじ1
- (B) Mayonnaise (for sauce) : 大さじ1
- (B) Mustard : 小さじ1
- Mayonnaise (for egg wash) : 大さじ1
- (C) Sugar : 小さじ2
- (C)Water : 大さじ3
- (C) White soup stock : 大さじ1/2
- サラダ油 : 適量

Put (A) in a bowl, mix well and set aside.

Put (B) in a bowl, mix well and set aside.

Add (C) and mix well. -

Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and leave for 10 minutes to blend. -

Point
・The required time does not include the time spent wrapping the sandwich in plastic wrap and letting it season.
・Ingredients are enough for 1 to 2 people.
・It is also recommended to use grain mustard in place of the mustard used in the mayonnaise sauce.
・If children are eating it, the mustard can be omitted.
-If you don't like sweets, you don't have to add sugar to your eggs.
・By adding water to eggs, thickly baked eggs become softer.
・Step 4 is to prevent the mayonnaise from becoming lumpy.
- Applying oil to the inside of the bread will prevent the moisture from the ingredients from seeping into the bread.
