  • (A) Ketchup : 大さじ1
  • (A) Worcestershire sauce : 小さじ1
  • (B) Mayonnaise (for sauce) : 大さじ1
  • (B) Mustard : 小さじ1
  • Mayonnaise (for egg wash) : 大さじ1
  • (C) Sugar : 小さじ2
  • (C)Water : 大さじ3
  • (C) White soup stock : 大さじ1/2
  • サラダ油 : 適量

Procedure

    Put (A) in a bowl, mix well and set aside.

    Put (B) in a bowl, mix well and set aside.
