Ingredients

  • Mixed minced meat : 300g
  • 塩 : 3 knobs
  • サラダ油 : 大さじ1/2
  • にんにく : 1片
  • 生姜 : 1片
  • New onion : 2個
  • にんじん : 1/2本
  • 白ワイン : 50ml
  • トマト缶 : 1缶
  • Curry roux : 3片
  • ご飯 : 1皿分
  • 卵黄 : 1個

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut the ingredients 02:10

    Finely chop the spring onions and wash the carrots thoroughly and finely chop them without peeling the skin.
    Peel and finely chop the garlic, and finely chop the ginger without peeling it.

    合い挽き肉の表面に塩を1つまみ振り、フライパンにサラダ油を入れ中火で加熱する。
    熱したフライパンに合い挽き肉を塩を振った面が下側になるように加え、ほぐさず塊のまま焼き色を付ける。
    しっかり焼き色がついたら表面に塩を1つまみ振りかけ、ひっくり返して焼き色がつくまで焼く。
    切った具材を加え炒め混ぜ、合い挽き肉から出た脂がしっかり野菜に馴染んだら、再度塩を1つまみ加え炒める。

  3. 3) 具材を煮込む 06:56

    白ワインを加え、全体に馴染ませたら蓋をして弱火で10分加熱する。
    トマト缶を加え混ぜ、中火にして10分煮込む。

  4. 4) カレールウを溶かす 08:41

    火を一度消し、カレールウを加え溶かし混ぜる。
    弱火で5分加熱したらご飯を盛り付けたお皿にキーマカレーを乗せ、中央にくぼみを作る。
    くぼみに卵黄をトッピングして完成。
