  • 豆乳 : 50g
  • (A)生姜スライス : 5g
  • (A)はちみつ : 小さじ1
  • (A)塩麴 : 大さじ2q
  • (A)レモン汁 : 大さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) 味噌ソースを作る 02:28

    ボウルに味噌を入れてヘラで練り混ぜる。
    なめらかになったら柚子胡椒、みりんを加えて混ぜ合わせる。

    ミキサーに(A)を入れて攪拌する。
    冷蔵庫で使うまで冷やしておく。
