  • (A)輪切り唐辛子 : 1つまみ
  • (A)ブラックペッパー : 適量
  • 油 : 大さじ1
  • マヨネーズ : 適量
  • 七味唐辛子 : 適量

Procedure

    Slice the green onions diagonally.
    Pull out the squid's innards and remove the squid ink and yellow parts.
    Remove the beak, eyes, and cartilage, leaving only the liver, legs, and body.
    Cut the legs into two pieces.
    Cut the body into slices about 1cm wide.

    肝の中身をボウルに入れ、(A)を加えて混ぜる。

    フライパンを火にかけ、油を引いて温める。
    ねぎを強火で炒める。
    油が全体に回ったら、するめいかを加える。
    するめいかに8割ほど火が入ったら2を加えて炒め合わせる。
    たれを絡め、軽く煮詰める。

    お皿に盛り付け、マヨネーズと七味唐辛子を添えて完成。

Point

・It is best to use fresh squid that can be eaten as sashimi.
