Lightly thaw the frozen puff pastry and cut it in half lengthwise.

Roll the frozen pie dough starting from one edge.
Repeat by rolling another sheet on top of the rolled one, until you have 4 sheets in total.
Roll it up in the same way to make 2 more pieces. -

Place a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a 12cm ring mold on it.
Place 2 in a ring mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
Flip it over, sprinkle granulated sugar on it, and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. -

Point
- We use frozen pie dough that weighs 90g per sheet and is 10cm long and 20cm wide.
- Frozen pie dough will easily break if cut when it is still hard, so it is best to leave it at room temperature for 1-2 minutes before cutting.
- When rolling up frozen pie dough, be careful not to roll it too tightly.
