Ingredients

  • Pork Belly Block : 400-500g
  • 舞茸 : 1パック
  • にんにく : 1片
  • 生姜 : 1片
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ3
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ2
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ3
  • (A)料理酒 : 大さじ2

Procedure

  1. 1) Pickle 01:45

    Poke holes on both sides of the pork belly block with a fork and transfer to a zip bag.
    Add the maitake mushrooms, breaking them up with your hands.
    (A) Add the grated garlic and ginger.
    Squeeze out the air, seal the bag and gently knead.
    Marinate in the refrigerator for half a day to a day, turning occasionally.

  2. 2) 焼く 05:18

    天板の上にアルミホイルで箱を作り、1の脂身を上にして乗せ、舞茸を周りに乗せる。
    1000wのオーブントースターで加熱し、時々豚バラブロック肉の上からタレを回しかけながら30分焼く。
    途中表面に焼き色がついたら、上にアルミホイルを被せる。
    焼き上がったら取り出して完成。

Point

・An easy roast pork recipe that can be made without using fire.
-Since there is no pre-boiling, using a block of pork belly will result in a soft dish.
- The proteolytic enzymes contained in maitake mushrooms make them soft even without pre-boiling or stewing.
- If you like, you can also add 1/2 a thinly sliced onion to make it even softer.
・We recommend using fresh garlic and ginger, but if you don't have them, you can use 5cm (1 teaspoon) of each from a tube.
- Be sure to poke holes in it with a fork to help the flavors penetrate better.
- Substituting honey for sugar will result in a softer, more flavorful roast pork.
- Baking time varies depending on the model, so increase or decrease it as needed while observing the baking process.
-If you like, you can eat it with mustard.
