  • 椎茸 : 3個
  • (A) Chicken stock powder : 大さじ1/2
  • (A) Cooking sake : 大さじ2
  • (A) Artificial sweeteners : 小さじ1
  • (A) White soup stock : 大さじ1/2
  • (A) Garlic tube : 3cm
  • (A) Black pepper : 適量
  • いりごま : 大さじ1/2
  • 鶏むね肉の茹で汁 : 大さじ4
  • ミニトマト : 8個

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the broccoli 01:45

    Soak the broccoli florets in water (not included in the recipe), place a weight on them, leave for 5 minutes, then shake to rinse.
    Separate the bunches and stalks and cut around the stems.

    3に(A)と手ですり潰したいりごまを入れてよく混ぜる。

  5. 5) 鶏むね肉の下準備をする 07:02

    Remove the skin from the chicken breasts and cut them into 3 equal parts along the grain.
    Slice into thin strips, cutting across the fibers.
    Sprinkle salt on top and rub to thoroughly mix.
    Add the potato starch and sprinkle over the surface.

  6. 6) 鶏むね肉を下茹でする 09:11

    フライパンに水(分量外)を入れて火にかける。
    沸騰したら弱火にして、5を入れて2分茹でて火を止める。

  7. 7) 煮詰める 09:44

    Add 4 tablespoons of the boiling water from step 6 to step 4 and mix well.
    Discard the remaining boiling water from step 6, add the green onion and salt sauce, and simmer over medium heat.

If you have a rice cooker that can cook 5 cups of rice, you can cook the broccoli whole, but if you have a rice cooker that can cook 3 cups of rice, you will need to separate the broccoli into small florets before cooking.
Artificial sweeteners can be substituted for sugar.
- By using the boiled chicken breast water, you can add flavor and thicken the dish.
If freezing, allow to cool, then cover and freeze.
