Ingredients
- cabbage : 250g to 300g

- (A)マヨネーズ : 大さじ3
- (A)すりごま : 大さじ1
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1/2
- (A)酢 : 大さじ1/2
- (A)粒マスタード : 小さじ1
- ハム : 3〜4枚
- コーン缶 : 1缶(65g)

Shred the carrots and add to the bowl.
Add salt and rub well.
Cover with plastic wrap, place a weight on top, and let sit for 10 minutes. -

Squeeze the water out of 1 and add to bowl (A).
Add the ham and drained canned corn, mix well and it's done.

・You can peel the carrots.
・Using spring cabbage will add sweetness.
