- 砂糖 : 50g
- 牛乳 : 100ml
- サラダ油 : 30g

Make the dough

Mix the milk and sugar in a bowl, and once the sugar has dissolved, add the salad oil and mix.
Add the pancake mix and mix well until there are no lumps. -

生地を焼く

クッキングシートを敷いたパウンドケーキ型に生地を流し入れ、表面を整える。
天板に型を乗せ、1000Wのトースターで5分焼く。
表面に軽く焼き目がついたら、縦半分に切り込みを入れアルミホイルを被せて1000Wのトースターで15分焼く。
型からパウンドケーキを取り出し、クッキングシートをはがして粗熱を取る。
お好みのサイズに切り分け、お皿に盛り付けて完成。
Point
・Salad oil can be substituted with butter or rice oil.
・In this video, an 18cm pound cake mold is used.
- When placing parchment paper inside the mold, fold any excess parts inward to prevent burning.
- When pouring the batter into the mold, be careful not to let any of it stick to the sides as it will burn.
・If the dough doesn't cook for long enough, heat it for an additional 5 minutes or so while keeping an eye on it.
